    CHRISTMAS UPDATES UPDATES!

    CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Just to let everyone know we raised £570 at our Christmas Fayre on Tuesday 5th December.

We use this money directly from school fund to enhance the children's time and experiences at school that stretched authority budgets don't normally allow for.

A good example that all the children benefited from was the Hurricane Theatre Company performing the Peter Pan Pantomime for Reception to Year 6 yesterday. Nursery will be having their own Santa visit and parties.

So thank you to everyone who supported us and look forward to seeing you next year.

    CHRISTMAS JUMPER DAY

Thank you to the 140 children who paid their £1 to wear their Christmas Jumpers last Friday. We have sent the money, with the money paid by staff too, to the Save The Children Charity and we hope to be able to fully support them again next year.

    TRAINING DAY - Friday 21st December 2018

Just a reminder that school will be closed to children this Friday. Staff will be in for training. School will open as normal on Monday 7th January 2019.

    AND FINALLY...

Wishing friends and families of Pelsall Village School a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

    CHRISTMAS UPDATES!

    CHRISTMAS FAYRE

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at this year's Christmas Fayre on Tuesday 5th December. We are always grateful for your support in helping us raise funds for our outdoor environment.

A special thank you does have to go to all the school staff who helped as well, not only on the stalls but also for all the very hard work in organising and setting up on the day. Even Santa Claus himself showed up on the day! Mrs Lawton is in the process of counting the pennies so as soon as we have a final fugure we will let everyone know. no

    CHRISTINGLE SERVICE

We would like to extend a very warm invite to this year's Christingle Service at St Michael's Church on Sunday 9th December 2018 starting at 4pm. We do have children from school reading as part of the service but everyone is welcome to this very festive community event.smiley
