    A number of our children have been asking about joining their local beavers, brownies or cubs groups.

     

    We have made contact with the local organisations (Walsall North District) and have been given the following information for parents:

    NATIONAL STORYTELLING DAY

     

    This has been a lovely way to finish the week today and photos will be on our gallery next week - children sharing their favourite stories with each other, older children reading to younger children, classes making story stones, bookmarks and book covers as well as plenty of budding thespian actors retelling stories that have inspired their love of reading. heart

    BIG GARDEN BIRDWATCH WEEKEND

    26th and 27th January 2019

     

    Information on how to take part in the RSPB's national event has been sent home with children today as part of a 'practice run' before Pelsall Village School takes part in the BIG SCHOOL BIRDWATCH later this term.

     

    All information collected and returned back to class teachers on Monday 28th January will be used in maths lessons next week. So settle yourself down with a cuppa and some binoculars to see how many different birds visit your garden or nearest green space this weekend no

    A big thank you to everyone who took part in this competition - we have had so many entries, it is taking a little longer than expected to judge but winners will be announced next week and prizes awarded.
