  Year 5 will be holding a cake sale at breaktime tomorrow, Mon 27. All donations will be very welcome, the proceeds will go towards purchasing sports equipment.

• Comic Relief Day 17 March 2023

  For Comic Relief Day on 17 March 2023 this year there are a number of activities of which your child can take part in as detailed below:-

  • Dress up in red non uniform on for a donation of £1.00 paid via sQuid or cash.
  • Sponsored Fun Run, the wackiest outfit will win a prize and there will also be a prize for the most sponsor money collected.  Sponsor forms will be sent out this week.  Only children who return a sponsor form will take part.
  • Build a Smile Challenge - best idea wins, all details will be sent home with the children this week.  Entries must be returned to school by 15th March 2023 to be judged.
  • Mr Men Guess the Teacher Challenge - 50p per entry paid cash and the child with most correct in each class wins a prize

  WORLD BOOK DAY

   

  Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you for amazing costumes and potatoes the children have arrived to school with today. A special thank you for supporting the true sense of World Book day with characters and not football kits. 

  We have taken photographs of all the potatoes and selected a winner from each class who will receive a prize.

   

  The children have been taking part in book related activities to support the curriculum.
