Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
GOOD NEWS!
We have now had confirmation that negotiations between Swim England & HM Government / Public Health England have been successful and that swimming pools can be opened up ONLY for swimming lessons for children in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Oak Park Active Living Centre have therefore offered to open up the swimming pool for our Y5 children on a Wednesday morning during this second lockdown period.
Therefore we will be able to resume our swimming lessons on Wednesday 18th November - 8.30am departure from school as normal. All risk assessments and COVID 19 hygiene guidelines remain in place and will be followed as before.
Anyone not wishing to take part will remain at school in their Y5 class as normal.
The last swimming lesson for this term will be on Wednesday 9th December 2020 and will start back on Wednesday 6th January 2021.
Many thanks for your support as always.
UPDATE
We have had a lovely thank you letter and certificate (which is now on display in our reception area) from the Walsall North Food Bank to all our children and families.
Thank you once again, every little helps in these difficult times.
Dear God
I wish that ...
People could have food when they are hungry,
A bed when they are sleepy,
And water when they are thirsty.
Thank you God for our Harvest
Amen

HARVEST 2020
Many sincere thanks to all the Pelsall Village School children, parents and families for giving so generously to our school harvest celebrations on Friday 23.10.20.
Each class bubble held its own harvest assembly which was lovely to see in these challenging times.
We were finally able to get hold of a van big enough to drop off all the donations (100 bags+) to the Walsall North Foodbank at Pelsall Methodist Church on Friday 30.10.20.
Many thanks again to all that supported us. In these difficult times, it's definitely been a worthy cause.
