  At Shire Services, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils that we cater for.

  Please see below a link that explains how Shires Catering manage Allergens/Intolerances, it is important that you inform the school if any of these issues affect your child. We then pass on the information to the kitchen and they will arrange to meet with you to discuss further.

• Out of School Club Raffle

  We are holding a raffle to raise funds for Out of School Club resources. We have many prizes, including a Family Big Bounce Voucher worth £40 and Two Sunloungers. Tickets can be purchased either by using Scopay or from the main office at £1 per strip. The raffle will be drawn on Wednesday 16 July.

  

• Family Picnic Day - 17 July

  Family Picnic Day, Please come along from 12noon with your picnic's, chairs etc, sorry no alcohol.
  Children will still be able to order a special packed lunch , see picture attached. Jacket potatoes will not be available.

  

• Car park off School Lane Cclosed from Monday 9 June

  Works on the car park off School Lane will commence on Monday 9 June. All children in 1/D & 2MB will enter school from the small front playground off Old Town Lane. This is where they will be picked up from at the end of the day. This system will stay in place until the car park is completed. Thank you

• Change of Menu for week commencing 9 June 25

  We have an issue with the gas supply in our kitchen so we will not be able to cook any hot food from Monday next week. We are hoping it will be fixed during next week, but this is not a definate. The options will be either Tuna, Ham or Cheese sandwiches. We would appreciate it if you could place your child's order over the weekend for the week using Scopay as this will allow us to see on Monday how much to order for the week ahead. The child will still be able to order in class if you are unable to do this. Thank you for your help and understanding.
