This term we will learning:
Maths
In our maths lessons we will be working on the different areas of maths, these are, number, fractions, calculation and measurement.
We use a challenge based system where we work through the levels of difficulty which is suited to each child.
Following each lesson we fix any 'marvellous mistakes' with a DIRT or MUD to secure understanding.
On Friday's we challenge ourselves with our CLICs, Learn Its and SAFEs from Big Maths.
The children will be bringing their CLICs, Learn Its and SAFEs home for you to see and so they can complete as homework, this will support their understanding and progression.
